Official Film Submission Process

The Cineora Film Festival invites filmmakers from across the globe to submit their films and showcase their creativity on the Cineora OTT platform. We welcome all genres, multiple categories, and multi-language films.

  1. Eligibility Criteria

    • Films of all genres are accepted (Feature, Short, Documentary, Animation, Music Video, Experimental, etc.)
    • Films can be in any language with English subtitles
    • Multiple entries per filmmaker are allowed
    • Films must be original and free from copyright violations

  3. Submission Requirements

    Film File

    • Format: MP4 / MOV (1080p preferred)
    • Aspect Ratio: 16:9 recommended
    • English subtitles required if film is not in English

    • Film Synopsis (Short & Long)
    • Director’s Biography & Photo
    • Poster (Vertical High Resolution)
    • Trailer or Teaser (Optional)
    • Cast & Crew List
    • Release Year & Runtime

  6. Selection Process

    • All films reviewed by the Cineora Selection Committee
    • Films evaluated based on creativity, storytelling, and technical quality
    • Selected films notified via email

  7. Festival Screening & OTT Release

    • Selected films showcased during the Cineora Film Festival
    • Optional OTT release on Cineora (Revenue Sharing Model)
    • Pay-Per-View model available
    • Festival screening only option

  8. Multi-Language Support

    Cineora accepts films in Hindi, English, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Bhojpuri, Odia, Kannada, Punjabi, Assamese and international languages.

    Subtitles can be provided in English or Hindi.

  9. Rights & Permissions

    • Filmmaker retains full ownership
    • Cineora may use stills, posters, trailers and synopsis for promotion
