Submit Your Film

Welcome to Cineora! We invite independent filmmakers, content creators, and production studios to submit their films, short films, web series, and documentaries to our platform. Please follow the step-by-step submission process below.

  1. Fill Out the Project Information Form

    Start by completing our Online Submission Form with the basic details of your project:

    • Title of the Film / Series
    • Genre
    • Runtime
    • Language
    • Release Status (Released / Unreleased)
    • Synopsis
    • Director/Producer Details

  2. Upload the Required Documents

    Please upload the following documents with your submission:

    • Trailer/Teaser
    • Poster (Vertical, A4 preferred)
    • Director’s Profile & Previous Work Links
    • Copyright Ownership Declaration
    • Film Screener Link

  3. Content Review & Verification

    Our team will evaluate your project based on quality, originality, and suitability for Cineora. This process usually takes 5–7 working days.

  4. Approval / Feedback Communication

    Once reviewed, you will receive an email with the status:

    • Approved for Distribution
    • Conditionally Approved
    • Not Approved

  5. Agreement & Licensing

    If approved, Cineora will send the official Content Licensing Agreement outlining:

    • Revenue Model
    • License Duration
    • Usage Rights
    • Payment Terms

  6. Final Delivery of Master Files

    Submit the final master files:

    • Full Film/Series Master (1080p or 4K preferred)
    • Clean Audio Tracks
    • Subtitle File (SRT)
    • High-Resolution Posters & Stills

  7. Release on Cineora OTT Platform

    After all steps, your project will go live on Cineora and you will receive:

    • Release Updates
    • Promotional Support
    • Performance Reports
